千层皮的材料:高粉80克,低粉20克,马其林/牛油80克,冰水50克,糖一勺、盐一小匙,酥油15克(我用牛油代替)O-xLu6S*{H
过程:

1、除马其林以外的材料揉成面团放冰箱松弛一小时

2、面团杆开至0。5厘米厚,中间放马其林/牛油(事先放软,也是0。5厘米厚),两边向中间覆盖,包住马其林后杆开,象叠被子那样把面4叠,再杆开,如此重复3到4次,每次杆开后放冰箱松弛半小时(我是晚上叠被子到10点,然后第二天拿出来的)

2、面皮从冰箱拿出来后,切成型,
