[font=Arial,]        坐[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/144126.html]上高[/url]铁南下，第一站，是“小[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10099.html]上海[/url]”之称的[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]。实话说，在没来之前，对于[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]的印象，还真只有“吃”。你让我说[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]什么好玩好看的地方，一无所知，而最深刻的印象在小时候吃过的汤圆，大部分都是产自[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]，在就是后来吃过的黄泥螺、醉蟹等等，好像也是来自[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]和[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11688.html]温州[/url]这边的。
        下了车，很快找到酒店，放下行李，就开始逛吃之旅了。距离晚上饭食时间还有一会，便先溜到附近不远的老外滩去看看。之所以被称作“老外滩”，是因为这里比[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10099.html]上海[/url]的外滩还要早20年，地处甬江、[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/27329.html]余姚[/url]江、[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/16335.html]奉化[/url]江[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/63836.html]三江[/url]交界口的老外滩，开埠于1844年，距今100多历史，虽说还能见到一些那时候的欧陆风情式建筑，但大部分已经不存在了，取而代之的是典型的现代商业街，酒吧、餐馆、旅店以及各种商铺，与一般城市的商业区无异。肚中渐渐的饥饿感以及让我无法专心看景色了，转了一圈后我直奔晚上的目的地，这所处于商城之中的，却有着[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]百年老字号之称的“缸鸭狗”。

[font=Arial,]       乍看这名字，觉得好生奇怪，完全不沾边的不顺嘴的三个字，怎么就成了个饭店的名字？原来这是店主人“阿狗”的名字。因为阿狗的母亲做的一手好汤团（汤圆），所以早年他们家就开了卖汤团的铺子，后来阿狗接手，因为为人和善又勤快，很快做出了名气，但店铺却迟迟没有招牌，阿狗便决定用自己的名字“江阿狗”来当小吃店的名字，用[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]话的谐音就是“缸鸭狗”。[/font]

[font=Arial,]         好了，名字已经很有来头了，想必吃食也不会差，入座，当然要先来一份汤圆，不过有汤水的我已经吃腻，发现竟然有炸制的汤圆，便要了一份，又点了素烧鹅、倭豆饭，再来一杯清凉的木莲粉。首先上来的就是这杯带着浓郁薄荷味的木莲粉，满满一大坨，口感吃起来很像冰粉，吸溜吸溜的，又很滑，入口冰冰凉，再加上薄荷的催化，很适合这个炎热的天气。然后主角上桌了，有黄有红有绿，五彩缤纷的炸汤圆来了，趁热吃当然所有炸物的要点。入口，先是脆脆的外皮，而后，牙齿就像陷入到泥潭一般，熟悉的汤圆软糯口感随之而来，里面的馅料则没有太多的区别，黑芝麻、红豆等等，口感则让人“嘴边一亮”。接下来上场的素烧鹅没有什么亮点，与[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]的做法不一样，而最后登场的倭豆饭，成了整晚的MVP。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        一支还带着把手的小铁锅，擎在木托盘上来了桌，还没下口，就能闻到浓郁的倭豆味道，这里的倭豆其实就是蚕豆，翠绿的蚕豆夹在有点带着焦的米饭中，一些肥肉丁和虾米散落之上，最后是一小撮葱花，我带着100%的好奇感，来了一勺下肚，鲜蚕豆独有的清香加上铁锅米饭的焦香以及葱花、虾米的味道...等等，这还有一股浓郁的香气，啊，原来是猪油，我说这第一口怎么就如此有吸引力，原来是加了我的最爱，哈哈。接下来的时间，完全沉浸在专心致志吃倭豆饭的时间，虽说缸鸭狗以汤圆闻名，不过在我的心里，这碗倭豆饭则要更出彩的多。[/font]

[font=Arial,]       蔡澜先生说过，一个地方食物的水准，最能体现在早餐。故第二天早早起了床，去寻觅食物。看着手机导航附近有家“面结店”，对于第一次来[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]的我很是好奇，虽有耳闻却从未尝试过，就是它了！
       来的比较早，没什么人，找了个靠窗座位，点了面结汤和一碗生面。面结汤很快就来了，好家伙，这么一大碗，内容更是丰富，有猪血、小肠、油面筋、油菜叶，当然还有我们的主角：面结。什么是面结，当我咬开这个卷一样的食物，恍然而知，原来是层层腐皮包着肉啊。不过更精彩的是汤头，有众多猪下货的提味，面结充分吸收后，风味十足；生面来了，白白一碗面，除了上面有搓葱花，和有点类似酱油的淋汁，就没别的了，不过一下口，那猪油的香气又扑鼻而至，果然南方人做面喜欢猪油啊，这让身在北方却特别喜好猪油的我来说，真是天堂。早晨的阳光渐渐变的强烈起来，透过窗户，打在我的面上，看上去更加油光铮亮，不禁食欲大开，一口气，两大碗干掉。[/font]

       先来的烤菜，黑漆漆一坨菜叶卷着盘在小盘中，菜是冷的，与[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10099.html]上海[/url]菜里的烤麸有点相似，不过一个是菜一个是豆腐，咸、油多、略带辣味是这道菜给人的印象，不太合我口味；接下来的就精彩了，腐皮包黄鱼是一道传统甬帮菜，用腐皮包黄花鱼肉，在热油炸制，上桌撒一些椒盐提味，腐皮因为非常薄，入口脆的不得了，几乎碰到牙齿就会碎，而其中的鱼肉则是软嫩有加，淡淡的鱼肉香味没有被炸制的腐皮以及椒盐所掩盖，吃得啧啧称奇，应该算的上此次在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10129.html]宁波[/url]吃的最好的一道菜了；白蟹炒年糕，年糕好吃过螃蟹，软糯年糕有了“螃蟹汁”的相伴，立马成了佳肴。饭后去旁边的[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10184.html]韩国[/url]雪冰店，来了碗甜品降暑~

[font=Arial,]       与一般南方小城市无异，不过作为[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12871.html]福建[/url]历史上曾经的省会，[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/16593.html]永安[/url]多多少少还是有点不同。至于周边的自然风光，就不再赘述了，我只去了其中一个鳞隐[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10165.html]石林[/url]的地方，几乎没有游客，还没进去逛几步，就发现我前方4、5米处，有一青色小蛇悠哉悠哉从我面前“飘过”，几乎是同时，侧面的树枝上也看见了一条深红色小花蛇，这可让我这北方汉子一时有点发怵，加上身上穿的是短裤短袖，不禁有些担心，没走太远就返回了，至于景色，也没太多可看，无非是一些黑色的石头组成的奇怪形状，与[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12711.html]云南[/url]的[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10165.html]石林[/url]相比还是有不小的差距，从景区出来，该是重点环节了，寻找“粿”。

[font=Arial,]       在依着手机地图找了半天，终于在菜市场里的一条小巷子，找到了这家口碑颇为不错的《陈阿婆叉叉粿》，一碗叉叉粿，一碗牛丸汤，再来一碟烧麦，一共16元，真是便宜。
       叉叉粿先上桌，只见雪白的，呈卷状的一根根粿，就这样叠在碗里，看着有些可爱，碗里还放着一跟木叉子，看来这就是叉叉粿名字的由来了，叉一根粿，沾一下旁边碟子里的汁儿，果然与众不同，尤其是这嫩滑又不失弹性和软糯的独特口感，就像给口腔做了个SPA一样，很享受，至于味道，甜甜咸咸的汁，也很搭，再喝上一口浓浓的牛丸汤，汤里还放了香芹，很讲究，除了有牛肉的香气还有香芹的清爽在里面，满足。烧麦也是一大叠，这里的烧麦没大有肉，而是一些粉丝、蔬菜在里面，不过透明的糯米皮很是劲道弹牙，性价比极高。
       看我端着相机拍照，做粿的阿婆也很好奇，得知我是从老远专门跑来吃的，高兴的不得了，还多送了我一碗叉叉粿，真是人如其食物一样赞。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        意犹未尽的我，没走多远，又被街边一家做粿的店所吸引，这是带汤的粿，而且形态换成了薄薄的长片，像是凉皮一样，口感也发生了变化，像是再吃软糯又有弹性的凉皮？不知道这个比喻恰不恰当，说实话，有时候觉得很多口感和味道用现有的词汇非常难描述，只能大体有个概念了，至于具体如何，还是吃了才晓得。而更精彩的是接下来的这盘猪下巴，第一口下肚，我就知道原来我常吃的猪头肉，是绝对不带下巴的，为什么这么说，因为这下巴的口感实在太赞，皮脆肉嫩，而且因为猪下巴一层层，肥肥嘟嘟的，可以在一快肉中多次领略到脆嫩的感觉，可谓奇妙。[/font]

       烧麦先来了，其实没上桌之前我就知道大约什么样子了，因为老板的母亲一直在店里的一角在包烧麦，薄薄的透明烧麦皮上，放了些粉丝、肉碎和一些不知道什么的配料，然后在手里攒了两下，就好了。果然，上桌一看，这烧麦皮薄的可以清楚的看到里面的粉丝，水晶烧麦的即视感。味道很清爽，尤其是搭配那个像酱油一般的甜甜的酱汁，作为早餐是相当不错的选择，吃惯了平常的烧麦，来个清淡的也不错。牛肉蛋滑汤，牛肉做的很滑，入口几乎不用咀嚼，就滑到肚里了，称不上多美味，不过配着烧麦吃，倒也蛮不错。结账一共15元，吃的满足。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        走了好久，拍了好多，肚子自然也饿了，主要是念念不忘刚拐到小公园片区时候碰见的那家面馆，看上去是个相当老的铺子了，味道一定不错吧，说着，我已经来到了它的面前。《爱西干面》，嗯，这名字听起来就有食欲，去点菜，发现没菜单，原来就是只有干面和猪杂汤，索性来个套餐，两个都要了，其实有时候也挺喜欢这种没得选择的饭馆，靠一两样东西打天下的，肯定是真功夫。
       上桌，这干面的颜值相当诱人，每一条面上都裹着像麻汁一样的酱汁，十几片粉嫩的肉片铺盖其上，在来一撮翠绿葱花，身为面痴已无法再矜持，放下相机，来一大筷子入口，嗯，和想象的味道果然有点区别，酱汁是结合了沙茶、麻汁等味道的综合体，有点类似[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10132.html]厦门[/url]吃过的沙茶面味，而肉片则是有点熏烤的味道，这有点出乎意料，面的口感没的说，劲道有弹，5星好评；再来看猪杂汤吧，作为[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]街头出现率最高的猪杂汤，可以说是平民食物的代表作，猪血、猪肚、猪肝等下水，配上酸菜、豆腐、鹌鹑蛋等各种配料，炖制的汤头，味道却没有那么重口，下水的滋味与酸菜的味道互补，谁也不抢谁风头，一口干面一口汤，越喝越上瘾，本就炎热的天气，又吃出了一头汗，好在食物美味，也就顾不得这么多了。[/font]

[font=Arial,]       店面不大，里面的桌子也不多，犹豫[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]人吃饭都比较晚，这6点多钟的时刻，没有几个人在用餐。门口的几个剁肉小哥，相当引人注目，大刀在手中快速抖动，板上的牛肉早已剁的稀碎，而一旁则是大锅煮的牛丸、牛杂，热气腾腾的，看着就让人口水分泌。点了招牌的牛丸汤和沙茶牛肉粿条，牛丸汤先来，对于已经喝过无数次潮汕牛丸汤的我来说，还是第一次来它的老家喝，味道究竟如何，一汤勺下肚，有了答案。味道虽然整体不会相差很多，但细细品来，汤头的鲜味与清爽更胜一筹，而牛丸的差距则体现在口感方面，如果平时吃过的牛丸是80分的弹度有韧性，那么这里的就是95分，倒不是说能弹地起来那么夸张，是这里的牛丸对于口腔以及舌头的舒适度，显然更技高一筹，没得说，又是一家5星好评店。[/font]

[font=Arial,]       走进村落继续观光，发现这里还有不少居民在此生活，并不是一个纯粹的景点村落，虽然是正午太阳当头，但还有不少村民在树下纳凉、街边卖肉卖菜的小贩也忙碌着，就连广场上那发了霉的篮球架，都感觉似乎刚刚有人在这里挥汗如雨般。为了更好的视野，我进入一间房屋，来到了三楼凉台，这里的建筑有个最大的特点，就是二楼三楼都是带平台，且完全露天的，而各种形形色色的经过雕饰的阳台栏杆也是一大亮点，高点的视野非常好，可以看到大约2/3的村子，果然建筑风格十分统一，而且没有一间现代房屋，整体效果绝佳。不知道这是属于什么风格的建筑，有点像[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14936.html]东南亚[/url]那边的？尤其是配上一边高耸的椰子树，确实有这样的感觉。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        还记得昨天在小公园提过的那家超级老字号《飘香小食店》吗，今天，就去拜会它。因为昨天来过，很容易就找到，单单是这店门头，就足以说明它的历史了。进门，依旧是浓浓的历史感，像是回到了几十年前，坐定，点菜，要说潮汕一带种类最多的是哪种小吃，那绝对是[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11449.html]潮州[/url]粿了。各种颜色、各种形状、各种配料、各种味道，蒸的、炸的、冻的，总有一款，可以满足你的味蕾。我索性点了一大盘各种类型的，尝了个遍，要说哪种最好吃，建议还是自己去挨个试试吧；又点了一份蚝仔烙，这是潮汕一带有名的街头小吃，与[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12871.html]福建[/url]、[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12684.html]台湾[/url]一带的蚵仔煎很相似，不过这里的蚝仔烙感觉更厚一些，口感更像是炸过，还不是烙和煎的，而且最大的不同就是沾料了，带着胡椒粉的盐水，嗯，齁咸，不过吃上两口就上瘾，老店，还是有两把刷子的。[/font]
[font=Arial,]       下午因为天气太热，没再出去观光，酒店旁边是个天主教堂，门口放了免费的绿豆汤，还是冰的，供路人享用，很是贴心。临近傍晚，准备去吃[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/13063.html]汕头[/url]的最后一顿，当然目的地早已确定，那就是在当地很出名的一家做粽子的老店——《老妈宫粽球》。店铺在小公园附近的一个小巷子里，好在巷门口有个招牌，否则还真不好找，为啥叫粽球不叫粽子，点一个就知。好家伙，这粽子，好大一个，还是双拼，两边的馅料不一样，形状跟一颗裂成两半的球一般。来让我们看看里面都有啥吧：虾米、瑶柱、白果、豆沙、蛋黄、香菇、南乳等等，光我数出来的都快10种了，真可谓“最有料”的粽子了，当然，味道如何不用多说，这么些家伙凑一块，能不好吃么。[/font]

[font=Arial,]      让我好奇的另一样东西上桌了：猪肠胀糯米。这名字第一次念还真觉得别扭，要多读几次才顺嘴。看名字就大约知道这是个什么东西了，猪肠皮包裹着糯米，蒸的肠，店家给切了片上桌，这猪肠里面可绝不仅仅是糯米，红豆、白果等豆类也被塞满，猪肠没有什么异味，满口都是糯米和豆类的香气，果然老店的招牌都不会让人失望啊。
       饭饱，夜幕降临，去小公园散步，微弱的街灯照着老旧的房屋，看上去有点阴森，安静的街道几乎听得到自己的脚步声，不知从哪家小店传出的做饭的香味儿，让这个看上去已经被时代遗忘的地方，又有了一丝生气...

       住店的经历有点小插曲，我的房间不仅有大蟑螂，确切的说叫[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10062.html]美国[/url]大蠊，更要命的是竟然还有老鼠，虽然后续换了楼层和房间，但依然不太爽。当然，潮汕一带的蟑螂可真是出了名的多，在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11449.html]潮州[/url]的街头，我经常能在电线杆下见到成群的小强，大小不一，有的还会飞，嗯，会飞...小点的也就罢了，但真的有些个头大到连我这个自小不怕虫子的都觉得有些发毛，希望它们在我睡觉的时候别给我惊喜就行...[/font]
[font=Arial,]        要说[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11449.html]潮州[/url]的地标性景点，一个是广济桥，另一个就是石牌坊了。先来广济桥吧，虽然过桥要门票，不过你可以完全不用花这钱，在河边看视野更好，而且登上桥怎么又怎么看桥呢，外表看起来像是一个亭子接一个亭子形成的廊桥一样的，桥身有些历史的痕迹，不过感觉也是翻修过了，不时有小船从下面经过，拍两张完事。
       接下来的石牌坊，倒比较有看头，当然重点不是这些一个接一个的牌坊，而是它周边那些小巷子，名字都很有趣，什么灶巷、家伙巷、打银街等等，最有名的是被誉为[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11449.html]潮州[/url]十大巷的——“猷灶义兴甲，家石辜郑庵”了。而这十条巷子里又有一个更出名的，就是甲第巷了。[/font]

[font=Arial,]         这条巷子明显要宽了一些，而两旁则是保留着完好的潮汕古民居。甲第，在过去就是指的商贾官宦贵族，他们居住的巷子，自然要高大上了一些。什么大夫第、资政第、儒林第，各种响亮的匾额一路看过去，虽然年代有些久远，但整体建筑保留的十分完好，而且都有居民仍在居住，不知道他们是不是这些人的后人呢？仔细观摩，会发现这里的房屋墙上，都会有壁画，虽有岁月的斑驳，但遮不住精美的工笔，一看就是出自大家之手。
       还有几间房子，改造成了博物馆以及售卖文化类产品的地方，让游客可以重温甲第巷过去的点点滴滴。天空一声闷雷，淅淅沥沥的雨点打下来，我躲在一处屋檐之下避雨，脚下的青石板在雨水的润湿下更显沧桑，急急忙忙奔跑着回家的少年，消失在雨帘之下，不知谁家伸出来的蔷薇花枝，在一旁静悄悄的沐浴着雨水的滋润...历史的余味，就这样飘荡在街巷。[/font]

       店面很大，3层楼，人也不少，还有和尚在吃，果然是标准的素食。坐定，要了招牌的“雀巢”，又要了份炸紫薯（具体名字忘了，应该是个好听的名字...）。结果没多久，服务员给我端上来一碗面和一碗汤，我忙说是不是上错了，没点这个，服务员却解释道这是送的，不管点多少都会送。额，果然是开在寺庙边上的素食店，处处透着行善的慈悲。[/font]

[font=Arial,]         翌日，早餐选择了[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]最有名的小吃之一——肠粉。这家藏的挺深的《双生肠粉》，找了半天才找到。点了肠粉，馅料选择了鸡蛋和金针菇，上桌，发现这个肠粉果然和一般吃过的不太一样，首先这量就好大，层层叠叠的好几层肠粉堆在上面，酱汁多到快从盘子里溢出。肠粉皮很薄，鸡蛋和金针菇的搭配虽然很素，但在麻香酱浓的汁料下，依然可以大快朵颐，不过比起传统的虾仁、扇贝等海鲜类的肠粉，并不能胜出，只能说各有千秋。
         剩下的两餐，一顿吃了咸水粿粿，一种类似小碗一样的粿里放着咸菜，软糯咸口，值得一试；另一餐则是被我酒店楼下的小摊吸引，又多吃了一份蚝仔烙，说实话，比起[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/13063.html]汕头[/url]飘香小食店的，这个看似不起眼连招牌都没有的大排档，反而味道更胜一筹，牡蛎放的也更多，价钱还便宜，果然应了那句话，夜晚的大排档往往能吃到传说级美食。[/font]

[font=Arial,]       桂花炒素翅是道经典却又很普通的菜，为什么选择它，因为以前看过很多美食家关于粤菜的一些见解评价，这道菜是最能反映厨师水准之一，故先来试试。所谓“桂花”指的是把鸡蛋炒成类似桂花状的样子，而素翅，显然就是粉条了，除此之外，还有一些豆芽、瑶柱丝等配料，这样一道听上去就很素的菜如何呢？首先让人惊艳的就是这极度蓬松的口感，没错，每一口下去都很有弹性，食物与唇齿之间溢满了空气，奇妙的感觉，味道呢，则是保持的原汁原味，总之是道看似普通实则有趣的菜。
       陈皮牛肉丸，不用多介绍了，几乎每个粤菜馆都有的一道菜，陈皮蒸后散发的绵绵清香，与所有肉类结合都是绝配；最后来说说这道鳄鱼汤，鳄鱼肉第一次吃，口感像极了老母鸡肉，几乎没什么味道，很淡，这椰子做的盅里还给我附带了一块鳄鱼皮...估计这是让客人充分了解这确实是鳄鱼肉吧，汤头比较鲜，不过谈不上多惊艳，马马虎虎吧。[/font]

[font=Arial,]       莲香楼的初次拜访还算满意，出来发现旁边的一家名叫《南信》的做双皮奶甜品的店十分火爆，便进去一探究竟，然而令人失望的是没有一个座位，等待的人还很多，故放弃，决定改日再来。下午去逛了十分有名的“石圣心大教堂”，个人对于教堂还是比较感兴趣。这座典型的哥特式建筑，坐落在一德路上，双塔顶很高，从下面仰视拍摄，用24的广角都不一定能全部跨进画面，需要蹲下身子才行。建筑整体呈深黄色，因为年代关系，有些地方已经发了黑，但建筑的细节雕刻依旧十分精美，赏心悦目。
       天气着实炎热，回到酒店一直待到天黑才出来，沿着上下九步行街走到一处小巷子，发现这家晚饭的目的地《陈添记》。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        店很小，以至于只能在外面支的桌子上吃，这里主打的是凉拌鱼皮。另外还有两样东西： 艇仔粥和肠粉，就喜欢这种种类少，只几样东西的店面。要了鱼皮跟粥，找了处亮点的桌子，就坐等吃。鱼皮是从一旁的泡沫箱子里直接拿出来的，看上去是经过了冰冻，然后放了些花生、芝麻、香菜，加了点作料这么一拌就来了，在夜晚电灯的照射下，油光程亮，看着很有食欲，一筷子下肚，哇塞，冰凉爽脆又弹牙，真是太适合这个炎热的天气了，鱼皮的质感相当棒，遂直接捧起饭盒，开启向嘴里啪啦着吞咽的模式。艇仔粥就有些一般了，油条都泡的发软，味道尚可，不过应该达不到粤菜粥品的水准，毕竟做粥做汤，老广可是最拿手。结语：鱼皮绝对值得来吃，剩下的随意。[/font]

[font=Arial,]        中午天热，不愿多跑，就又来莲香楼了。二楼的应该是一位领班，发觉我眼熟，就问是不是昨天也来过，在得到肯定的回答后，她似乎很好奇，便问我怎么老来吃，我说早就慕名一直没来过，来一次当然要多吃几顿，把没吃过的都尝尝，听了我这番言语，她干脆直接拿过菜单来，帮我点菜了。“这个西关桂花扎有吃过没，没吃过要尝尝哦”，我当然乐意。随后我又自己点了份星洲炒米粉和虫草花什么什么汤，因为早上吃的太多，没敢多点，就这些吧。
       桂花扎先来了，和我想象的确实很大出入，这应该是一根肠切得片，领班过来给我介绍说这事桂花陈酒腌制的肥肉瘦肉然后卷上咸蛋黄烤制成的。好了，清楚了你的来龙去脉，那就吃吧，外皮很脆，里面像是在嚼腊肉，而吃到最里面则是软软的蛋黄，嗯，一片肠口感发生了三次变化，很奇妙，味道也相当出彩，腊味、桂花酒味以及咸党黄味的综合体，嗯，感谢这位领班的推荐了。[/font]

       烧腊先来，嗯，口感味道都不错，不过谈不上惊喜，之后的虾籽捞面则很出彩，与当年在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10189.html]香港[/url]吃过的十分相似，满满的虾子铺在细细的竹升面上，那蓬松的口感真是吃了会幸福，最关键的是，面是猪油捞的，那香味与虾子的鲜味一混合，直叫人停不下筷子。当然，蔡澜先生推荐的面馆，一定会放猪油啦。晚餐满足，回去睡觉。哦对了，还记得那家《南信》甜品吗，我终于拼上了桌，要了招牌双皮奶，就用一句话来形容吧：当第一勺送入口中的时候，我就理解为什么从早到晚都有这么多人来排队吃了。[/font]

       莲香楼的菜单挺有意思，点心是分小、中、大、特、顶、超以及皇点来区分价格。皇点25，小点9块，差距还是蛮大的。点了我一直想吃的也是这里独有的猪润烧卖，蔡澜在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10189.html]香港[/url]的莲香楼也经常点这个，然后是虾饺和马蹄糕。[/font]
[font=Arial,]        猪润其实就是猪肝，[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]人的叫法。这个烧卖跟一般的可大不一样，看看上面那一大块猪肝，就觉得一定不会失望，果然，成了我在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]吃过的最好吃的一道点心，温润又不是弹性的口感，真的像是在给口腔做SPA，味道就更不能自拔了，猪肝胆固醇的香气和下面的肥瘦肉捏的烧卖相融相合，吃下去嘴里久久回味，相比之下旁边的虾饺和马蹄糕都被比了下去，不是它们不好吃，而是这个猪润烧卖太抢风头。[/font]
