[font=Arial,]      再来看看登山路线的选择。选择登山路线务必做到知己知彼。了解自己和伙伴的能力，了解天气状况。这次上[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]，遇到好几个因为是否继续向上攀登而争吵的小团队。很多朋友远道而来，不上玉皇顶觉得实在可惜，队友有些又实在脚疼腿抖。
      七月份上[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]，根据我今天亲身体验，阴天时候，平时锻炼较多的朋友们，早上从红门开始爬上山，直至玉皇顶，傍晚五点半前乘坐索道下山完全来得及，下山索道只开到晚上5点半。如果下山也要走下来，那需要极好的体力。另外，山上补给比较少，煎饼卷大葱，爬山超过5个小时，建议自备些愿意吃的。山上的脉动10块钱一瓶，也算可以接受，夏天爬山，水分的补给十分必要，从山下带大量的[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/64932.html]水上[/url]山也会消耗体力。如果是晴天登[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]，建议一日往返的朋友还是从天外村坐车到中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，再网上爬吧。[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]很多路是没有树荫的，阳光直晒，体力消耗极大。

初夏，颐和园的傍晚

[font=Arial,]       昨日下午，去车站接妻到酒店。酒店选了和颐，一来在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]和岱庙之间，交通方便；二来工作之后，出差较多，如家系列的酒店已能赠送双早,和颐住宿环境也还不错。今天已入中伏，[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11817.html]泰安[/url]着实闷热，我俩前晚饱餐了一顿香辣酱骨、糖醋里脊、焖炒土豆片之后，呼呼大睡！我醒来，觉得睡得不错，一看表才半夜两点四十，无奈继续睡去，辗转反侧，又怕吵醒妻，更怕被妻暴打一顿，只好畏首畏尾。终于熬到与妻约定的早八点，带妻梳洗罢，敢去吃早饭。出门前，我问道，昨晚睡的咋样，妻答道：还行吧。听到最后这个“吧”字后，我心里有了一点底，她睡好了，今天登顶还有戏。
       早餐，我俩都是敞开了吃，估算往返得六七个小时，山上没有过多补给，遂吃饱喝足后出发上山。上山共有四条路，常规的路是从红门开始爬上山，或者从天外村乘坐大巴到中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]。多位登过[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]的朋友都劝我不要直接从红门上，上山时间太长，容易赶不上下山的缆车。这几天[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]脚下闷热异常，妻旅途也比较疲劳，从中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]开始登山实乃明智之举。

[font=Arial,]连哄带骗，驻足十八盘，突破体能小极限[/font]
[font=Arial,]      从天外村的广场走到里面坐大巴的车站，再排队上了车，我已湿透衣衫。盘旋山路，二十分钟左右已至[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10514.html]中山[/url]门。一出车门，竟没有卷带着湿热的微风袭来，我信心大增，山上原来比山下温度低不少啊。遂与妻携手向中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]走去，哪知刚走了百十来级台阶，到了徒步与坐缆车的分差口，我已气喘吁吁，再看妻时，她也已出透了汗！我心中一凛，赶紧问道，坐缆车还是爬上去。她仰着红扑扑的小脸，喘匀了一口气，坚定的说道，爬上去啊。我听到这个“啊”字，心理又有了底，笑道，刚开始运动都这样，不在状态，过一会儿适应了就好了。
      从中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]到南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]的路程，很少有平路，台阶走多了，真遇到平路的时候，真是舒服，没舒服几步路，一拐弯，又是上山的台阶了。我们在走到十八盘前，太阳一直时隐时现，很快就消耗了我们两瓶水。妻的体能来到了一个小极限，一直想坐着歇一会儿。长运动的人都有这种经历，自己开始大喘气之后，确实体感很疲劳，但是马上坐下来，反而影响身体血液循环。我一边鼓励着妻，一边跟她说，这边有阳光，我们到前面的阴凉处再休息吧。到了前面的阴凉处，又说这边味道太大（[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]垃圾桶很多，确实不少地方味道不好），咱到前面再休息吧。到了前面，这里没啥风啊，不凉快，前面那地方一看就有风，还有买水的，我们去买个脉动再喝着坐着好不好......一路连哄带骗，上到了一个小平台，买了根黄瓜，一瓶脉动，在大石头上坐了几分钟，稍作休息。前面就是十八盘了，确实到了得调整下的地方了。妻也顺利度过了第一个体能关，喘的比较平稳了，我也活动开了，汗流的反而比刚下车的时候收住了些。[/font]

[font=Arial,]      看着脚下的石阶，山路回环曲折，转过一个弯儿，猛一抬头，两山之间，一条小道直[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/64080.html]通山[/url]顶，山路最上头，一座红色门楼镇守，南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]无疑。夏天爬[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]，到了十八盘时，已无心看风景。上了十八盘，已知只能上不能下了，下山走到索道比上山到南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]还难！
     仰望南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，何其壮哉！十八盘上走一走，反而被山体树木遮挡，南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]不见了。上十八盘尽量保持匀速，登两盘，找个阴凉处就站一会儿。山上的风倒也清爽，路边的山泉也在叮咚叮咚的奔向山下的湖。十八盘在上到最后一盘，冲刺南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]之前，可用苏轼的“只缘身在此山中”来概括，全身心的登山，无暇分身看景，景观也是只能见一般，与寻常大山别无二至，只是偶尔出现的嘉靖、道光年间的时刻，还提醒着我们，在爬十八盘啊。
      再看看那些描写[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]的名篇。李健吾在《雨中登[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]》中写道，“我不知道上了多少石级，一级又一级，是乐趣也是苦趣，好像从我有生命以来就在登山似的，迈前脚，拖后脚，才不过走完慢十八盘。我靠住升仙坊，仰起头来朝上望，紧十八盘仿佛一架长梯，搭在南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]口。我胆怯了。新砌的石级窄窄的，搁不下整脚。”杨朔在《[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]极顶》中写道“[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62068.html]朝阳[/url]洞再往上爬，渐渐接近十八盘，山路越来越险，累得人发喘。这时我既无心思看画，又无心思翻历史，只觉得象在登天。历来人们也确实把爬[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]看做登天。不信你回头看看来路，就有云步桥、一[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]、中[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]一类上天的云路。现时悬在我头顶上的正是南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]。幸好还有石蹬造成的天梯。顺着天梯慢慢爬，爬几步，歇一歇，累的腰酸腿软，浑身冒汗。”
      大文豪们上到十八盘，也没心思看看历史，思考人生了。
      登到十八盘最后一盘时，突然间，天昏地暗，云雾迅速从身边扑过，直逼南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，一时间，已看不见南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，找不见来时的路。湿湿的云，乘着清凉的风，手牵着手，一步一步坚定的爬上了南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]。“心还在跳，腿还在抖，人到底还是上来了。”十八盘这一路，爬山远多于观景，更多的时候，是鼓励妻，不急不躁的完成攀登。上得南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，一身轻松，回望来时路，看云雾快速涌上山来，倒真像是有仙班大圣，腾云驾雾而来。[/font]
[font=Arial,]登临玉皇顶，风云变化，壮怀激烈[/font]
[font=Arial,]      上了南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]，相机也从包里拿了出来，上玉皇顶是大雾，下来时，太阳也露了个头。我们俩这拍拍，那照照，吹吹清风。登[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10284.html]泰山[/url]，不上玉皇顶，确实要留有遗憾。从南[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62977.html]天门[/url]到玉皇顶，人文美景器宇不凡。
      下山的时候，遇到一个外国旅行团，中年[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10062.html]美国[/url]女老师跟学生聊当初去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10300.html]俄罗斯[/url]教书的选择。年轻的时候，到了一个年纪，特别想探索下“Life”，希望学生都能发现自己的“talent”。
      人生啊，总是不断探索与认识自己。上了一座小山包，看到了远处的群峰，下了这山，才能继续远行。越过山丘，幸运的是发现你一直在我左右。人生无常，无常本是常啊！

作为一个山东人，竟然从来没有爬过泰山，汗。从现在开始锻炼身体，一定要去爬一次。

给提点建议
1、凌晨12点左右出发。按照一般人的体力，带着足够的水，从红门出发到中天门大概需要2个半小时。（加上在路途中休息四五次，每次5分钟左右，不要太长，也不要坐下休息。）从中天门到南天门需要2个小时，因为后面的路很不好走，到十八盘的时候台阶很陡又很窄，反正到能看日出的地方总共需要4-5个小时，每隔二十分钟就需要休息根以前一样，不能坐下休息。 所以，建议你们凌晨12点左右出发这样到山顶休息一会儿就可以看日出了。（提示：喝水的时候不要大口猛喝，要小口喝，以免身体不适宜。带上一瓶淡盐水。有很大作用。）
2、多穿点衣服。泰山山顶有1500多米，现在这个季节，凌晨的泰山是很冷的，建议多穿点衣服，泰山顶上也有出租军大衣的，不过很贵，要30多一晚上。
3、多带些吃的喝的，尽量不在山上买。因为山上的东西都是靠人力搬上去的，运输费用很高
