中式豉香烤排骨
材料:排骨,蒜,(切茸)豆豉(切碎);

工具:烤箱,锡纸(U1\{!u&qGO
排骨盏小块,依次加入豆豉碎,生抽,老抽,糖,生粉,植物油入味;

锅里加少许油放蒜炒香后摆在排骨上面,用锡纸包严进烤箱.(烤箱230度预热10分钟)烤50分钟;
