香辣可口的红烧肥肠
先把肥肠洗过后,当然是把里面那面翻出来,倒上适量植物油,一阵搓揉,就把那些滑滑的东东洗出来了,用清水洗净,再烧开水,把洗好的肠放入内,煮开五分钟左右,捞起泡冷水中,再清洗一遍就可以了,切段备用。A.D^'BjE9yts
