有个小建议,不管是做什么鱼,在做之前最好要把鱼用小许的盐和料酒加上些许的生姜腌制一小会,这样,做在很大程度上可以减少鱼的腥味,同时也可以让鱼肉更鲜的。

楼主这道菜做的太地道了,典型的家常菜。鲅鱼除了包饺子,就应该这样做。

看了楼主介绍感觉还不算太难做,自己回头试试,现在饭馆里也有鱼尾的菜品,红烧鲅鱼尾、软炸鲽鱼尾等都挺好吃的。

为什么单单要吃尾巴呢?鲅鱼除了头不好吃,身上肉还是蛮多的,也很好吃的,我喜欢切成段子烧,更容易入味

鲅鱼应该是深海浴霸,而且没有一小刺,肉质醇厚,很好的食品。
