只要发挥想象食物也可以做成艺术品，又可欣赏又可以吃。
中国凉菜中有个叫冷品的花样菜，就是有各种可以生吃的蔬菜和一些肉类熟制品，放在一起拼出各种花 鸟 等等即能吃又好看的菜。
