包子好吃,用来生煎更香,喜欢吃包子底部的焦香味,嘻嘻...Yd/c&\O;@&lD#R

和面团(酵母用温水拌匀),这时候可以准备素菜馅。当面团醒发到有两个面团大时,就可以揉面团,搓成长条,下剂子,擀包子皮,包菜包了。开火,在锅底抹一层油,用小火生煎,煎至包子底部有焦黄色时淋些面粉水盖上锅盖焖(这样可以分两次做)。最后洒上白芝麻,可香的包包出锅了......

看上去好诱人阿,可是我的锅粘底,每次都把包子粘在上面,请问楼主有啥办法解决吗?

素陷的还是第一次见,应该肉的比较好吧,生煎包讲究的就是里面要有汁,和小笼包和汤包相似,
