将全麦饼干放入密实袋中,用擀面杖擀碎,加入融化的黄油拌匀后,倒入模具内压平。

5个蛋黄中依次分别加入糖粉(20克)、色拉油、牛奶、淀粉、低筋面粉,边加边拌,直到均匀无粉粒。x {NVs J

烧一锅热水,保持中小火加热,将切碎的奶酪放入碗中,隔水慢慢加热,直到奶酪快要溶化时,分2-3次加入之前拌 好的蛋黄液,直到均匀无颗粒。
