竹芋焖鸭

香料:八角、桂皮、香叶、茴香、花椒

1、洗净光鸭,斩大件,切掉肥油,竹芋切厚片;

2、烧热锅下鸭块煎至两面金黄盛起,另起油锅下姜爆香,
