6、热锅入少许锅底油,油热后放入干辣椒,花椒爆香(千万不要糊了)然后加入其他香料(八角,桂皮,香叶,孜然粒)马上再放入葱丝姜片爆炒一下(同时一定注意火候.不要让前边的香料焦糊了)
