红烧肉皮,献给爱吃肉皮的人,嘿嘿嘿黑 。如果有人问我猪身上我最爱吃哪一部分,我会毫不犹豫的说,肉皮。哈哈哈阿^_^如果说我爱吃猪手,猪蹄髈,猪耳朵,猪尾巴,猪鼻子,那么实际上最大的原因是这些部分都有猪皮,猪皮才是我爱吃的精华,说着说着感觉自己都快成猪了.....猪皮我不知道多少钱一斤,但是知道今天买了一袋子的猪皮才花了1块5毛钱,便宜吧,1块5毛钱就能做一盘大荤....确实是会过日子呢,哈哈。^_^

看看原材料:肉皮(1块5),配料:姜葱蒜,盐糖酱油,花椒大料,图中忘记放白酒和葱了.....实际上还要有白酒/料酒去腥的;

将去毛洗净的肉皮放入锅中,加水,白酒煮熟

皮处理:将肉皮里面的带有的少许肥肉用刀去除,整理干净

将整理好的肉皮切成自己喜好的形状&Q#S

锅热下油,油热后下葱姜蒜炒香后加入肉皮翻炒,再加入白酒第二次去腥
