培根西葫芦蘑菇卷[4P]

原料:
2个西葫芦
10片培根
1小盒新鲜蘑菇
1小撮现磨的黑胡椒末
盐和油适量
做法:
西葫芦切成细长条,撒上盐和黑胡椒末,腌30分钟左右。为的是让西葫芦变软,好操作,也更入味一些。
蘑菇放在西葫芦条上,卷起,然后外面卷上培根,最后用牙签固定好。
锅里放一点点油,中火烧热,将培根西葫芦蘑菇卷 放进锅里,慢慢煎至表面金黄即可。

蘑菇和西葫芦的鲜嫩,配着培根的咸香,非常非常好吃!
