糟蒸熏鱼配茭白条
苏南人夏天爱吃糟货,但是往往是吃冷藏的,而且以冷盘为主。今天我做的是热菜糟货,味道很不一样,非常下饭,香味扑鼻。特别是里面的熏鱼,外焦里嫩,糟味阵阵;茭白条口感非常脆,但又非常入味;

蒸丝瓜,太好吃了,上面的广式香肠的味道全部进入丝瓜中,而且做法非常简单卫生可口。

蒸锅水开了后,放糟鱼块旺火蒸5分钟就可以了。
