京酱肉丝

步骤:里脊肉切丝,用淀粉挂浆,养一会儿,这样做出的肉丝很嫩,大葱切丝铺在盘底(我刀功不行,ms肉和葱切的都是条 ^_^||| ),豆腐皮切成方形块,下锅用热水焯一下,可以去掉豆腥味。锅里放比平时炒菜多一些的油,油热后,下锅滑肉丝,肉一熟就出锅,防止肉老了。,MUd6h
